Shipping policy

All orders will start processing after we receive payment 1-2 days if ordered directly from our official website using PayPal at checkout. All other orders can take up to 3-5 business days to start processing not including weekends, holidays, or January peak time for custom jewelry. If you need to make a change or cancel please email us right away within 24hrs to make necessary changes to avoid 70% cancelation fee on custom orders or 25% restock fee for all other orders that started processing or ready to ship out.

Depending on hair ordered it could take up to 2-4 days to process before shipping out.

Custom Jewelry orders could take up to 12-15 business days or more to process before shipping out and 5-7 days to receive not including weekends or holidays. In January or February of every year our custom jewelry orders processing and shipping times will be delayed please refer to delayed shipping.The sooner you place your custom order during that time it will still be submitted to ensure  resume after our break in February or March your order will be completed per the description time of each custom piece.

Custom apparel and certain accessories orders will process in 2-3 business days and 5-7 business days to receive. Shipping for all other orders including special orders can range from 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped with tracking information we are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
