Business Policy

All sales are Final No Cancelations, Refunds or Exchanges on beauty or personalized products. All orders placed will start processing after payment is received. Most Luxury Hair Extensions products and certain custom items like t-shirts and accessories are received in 5-7 business days. For custom jewelry processing 12-15 business days and delivery 4-5 business days. Refer to our shipping policy during break for delay shipping times.

For All Custom jewelry orders please leave a note with the correct spelling of name you want on your custom order. If your order contains a picture please make sure it is a clear picture you may send it through chat or email. After 12hrs after ordering NO changes will be accommodated after that time your order will have started processing by that time .

There is No expedited shipping available for custom orders. You will be sent a email with your tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship so please make sure your email is correct when placing your order.
