For All Custom jewelry orders please follow product(s) description on how to leave a note or contact us with the correct spelling of name you want on your custom order after purchasing. We will also send a courtesy email if No note is left or if you have not contacted us after 24hrs of no response we will start processing your order with the exact name you ordered with and no changes will be permitted after that time.
We are Not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. Absolutely No returns unless it is do too a mistake made by the company. For example, wrong size or color was sent then exchange could be made. Please return to address if this occurs you will be need to pay for shipping and we will ship it back for free.
