Business Policy

All sales are Final No Cancelations, Refunds or Exchanges on beauty or personalized products. All orders placed will start processing after payment is received. Most Luxury Hair Extensions products and certain custom items like t-shirts are received in 5-7 business days. For custom jewelry processing and delivery times please read full description on product or refer to our shipping policy.

For All Custom jewelry orders please follow product(s) description before or on how to leave a note or contact us with the correct spelling of name you want on your custom order after purchasing. We will also send a courtesy email if No note is left or if you have not contacted us. After 24hrs of no response we will start processing your order with the exact name you ordered with and no changes will be permitted after that time.

There is No expedited shipping available for custom orders. You will be sent a email with your tracking information as soon as your order is ready to ship so please make sure your email is correct when placing your order.
